What receives a public note

Material corrections receive a dated note explaining what changed. Significant updates may also change the last-reviewed date. Spelling, formatting, broken links, accessibility repairs, and minor clarifications may be corrected without a formal note when the meaning does not change.

Priority corrections

Safety, accessibility, official-status, evidence, or commercial-relationship errors receive priority handling and may result in temporary withdrawal of a claim or page while it is reviewed.
