Plain version: the product page tells you exactly what you are buying. Northern Lantern House LLC is the seller of record. Unless a product page states a different licence, you may use what you buy personally, in your own household or business, and in your own client work; you may deliver completed, meaningfully customized outputs to a client. You may not resell, redistribute, share, republish, or provide the underlying product, blank template, source file, licence key, or paid web-edition access to others. If you change your mind within fourteen calendar days, you may request a full refund without giving a reason.
1. Seller and scope
Northern Lantern House LLC is the seller of record for Room for Drama. These terms apply to digital room-planning products, downloadable files, printable resources, web editions, licence-controlled applications, and other digital products sold through Room for Drama unless a product page clearly states additional or different terms before checkout.
2. What you receive
The product page at the time of purchase controls what is included. Depending on the product, a purchase may include a PDF or other download, printable or fillable material, a web edition, application access, a licence key, supporting worksheets, updates described on the page, or a completed item prepared after purchase. Preview images, examples, future features, and related products are not included unless the product page says they are.
If a bundle is sold, the page will identify its components. If a product requires information from you before completion, the page should state what is required and any material delivery or revision terms.
3. Delivery and access
Products described as immediate downloads or immediate web access are delivered after payment clears through the confirmation page, email, licence or claim flow, or other method described at checkout. Products completed after purchase are identified that way on the product page. If a promised delivery date changes materially, you may accept the new date or request a refund.
If a download, key, recovery link, or access email is missing, use the Room for Drama contact page or reply to the order confirmation. Include the product name and purchase email address. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
4. Fourteen-day refund: no reason required
You may request a full refund within fourteen calendar days of purchase. You do not have to justify the decision, return a digital file, or promise that a downloaded file was deleted. Replying to the order confirmation and saying that you want a refund is the fastest route. If you no longer have it, use the contact page and include the product name and the email address used at checkout.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The payment provider or bank controls how quickly the credit appears after it is issued.
A refund may end continuing entitlement, licence recovery, paid web-edition access, future protected downloads, and future corrected-release access associated with that purchase. It cannot remotely erase a file already downloaded to your device.
Repeated purchase-copy-refund abuse may result in refusal of future sales. That does not change the fourteen-day right for ordinary purchases.
5. Broken, missing, or materially misdescribed products
If a file is broken, a promised component is missing, paid access fails, or the delivered product materially differs from the product page, contact us even after fourteen days. We will reasonably investigate and, as appropriate, correct the file, supply the missing component, restore access, provide a corrected release, or issue another appropriate remedy including a refund where warranted.
6. Your licence and permitted use
Unless a product page states a different licence, a purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one purchaser, one household, or one purchasing business. The licensed purchaser may:
- use the product for personal or household projects;
- use it internally in the purchaser’s own business;
- use its methods and working materials while performing the purchaser’s own services for clients;
- print reasonable working copies for the licensed person, household, or purchasing business; and
- show, print, or deliver completed and meaningfully customized outputs created for a client.
A client may receive the completed work created for that client. The client does not receive the underlying template, blank workbook, editable source file, licence key, paid application access, or independent reuse rights unless the product page expressly includes them.
7. What the licence does not permit
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, lend, publish, upload for shared download, give away, or provide independent access to the product. You may not share paid credentials or licence keys; circulate blank or substantially unchanged copies; operate a shared template or resource library; republish source files or source code; extract and repackage substantial parts as a competing product; remove ownership notices; use the protected product as training data for a machine-learning system without written permission; or claim the product as your own work.
Employees or contractors working solely for the purchasing business may use a product for that business’s licensed work, but they may not retain, reuse, or distribute it independently. A separate person or separate business needs its own licence unless the product page offers a team or organization licence.
8. Updates and corrections
The product page states whether updates are included. Corrections to broken or materially inaccurate delivered files are supplied without an additional correction fee. A purchase does not include unannounced future products, services, or major editions merely because they share a subject or product family.
If access is subscription-based, time-limited, or tied to an active service period, that fact and the applicable period must be stated before checkout. Otherwise, a downloaded file may be retained for the licensed use described here.
9. Product boundaries
Room for Drama products support aesthetic, spatial, and room-planning decisions. They do not approve or certify construction, structure, electrical or plumbing work, building or fire code compliance, accessibility compliance, installation safety, contractor performance, project cost, or resale value. Verify consequential implementation decisions with the appropriate qualified professional, manufacturer, contractor, insurer, landlord, association, or authority.
10. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in United States dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required. Payment processing is handled by the payment providers shown at checkout; Room for Drama and Northern Lantern House LLC do not receive your full payment-card number.
11. Relationship to other policies
The Privacy Policy governs personal information. The Terms of Use govern general site and application use. The Disclaimers & Disclosures describe professional, software, commercial, and outcome limitations. These Terms of Sale control when those documents conflict about a purchase, delivery, licence, refund, or paid entitlement.
12. Purchase help
Use the Room for Drama contact page or email hello@northernlanternhouse.com. Include the product name, order number if available, and purchase email address. Do not send passwords or payment-card information.
