You do not need to learn the Room Lab inventory to get something useful. Start with the uncertainty in front of you. Each tool answers one bounded question, leaves you with one thing worth keeping, and can carry that evidence into the room’s record if the problem turns out to be bigger.

Pick the question, not the product.

These are entrances, not miniature applications. None of them tries to reproduce Room Read, Measure, or Path Planner. The free layer should reduce uncertainty quickly; Room Lab should own the room-level reasoning once there is enough evidence to deserve it.

Every free tool produces the same kind of local handoff: what was observed, how it was obtained, when it was captured, and which Room Lab surface can use it next. The handoff travels in the browser link fragment, is shown before it is attached, and does not choose a room for you.
